Guests say
Guests consistently praise the hotel's excellent location near the beach and attractions, making it convenient for sightseeing and leisure. However, many reviews highlight significant issues with service, including unprofessional staff, inconsistent policies, and poor management. Cleanliness is a recurring concern, with reports of dirty rooms, old linens, and pest problems. Breakfast quality and availability also receive negative feedback, with some guests disappointed by limited options or lack of service. Overall, while the location is a strong positive, service, cleanliness, and breakfast need improvement.
