Summary of reviews

Guests say
Guests frequently praised the hotel's convenient location, especially for access to transportation and specific destinations. However, many reviews highlighted significant issues with service, citing unprofessional or unfriendly staff. Cleanliness was also a major concern, with several guests mentioning dirty rooms, unpleasant odors, and poorly maintained facilities. Noise from nearby roads and the airport was disruptive for some, and a lack of amenities such as kettles, air conditioning, and basic toiletries was commonly reported. Overall, while the location is a strong point, service, cleanliness, and amenities need improvement.
