1. Walking distance to L’enfant metro, fine. 2. At least to provide inside the room with basic beverage water, coffeemaker, tea. 3. Room is pretty small and not worth $300++ per nite and bed is just next to window like living in a tiny room in hongkong . Is not to my liking.

Pros (+) I loved the position of the bed but the mattress itself was not comfortable. Was hard and just not comfortable.
Cons (-) Mattress could of been been better and the Air Conditioning was not that strong it got warm and uncomfortable.
