The majority of guests were highly dissatisfied with their stay, citing severe cleanliness issues such as dirty floors, cockroaches, bad odors, and filthy linens. Many reviewers also complained about the lack of staff presence, unhelpful or absent service, and problems with room maintenance, including broken amenities and poor lighting.
