Summary of reviews

Guests say
Guests consistently praised the hotel's convenient and central location, with easy access to restaurants and shops. However, many reviews highlighted issues with cleanliness, such as dirty carpets and unclean towels, and several guests were disappointed with the breakfast, mentioning limited options and lack of hot food. Service received mixed feedback, with some staff described as helpful and efficient, while others were unresponsive or difficult to understand. Room comfort, especially beds and pillows, was also a concern for some guests. Overall, while the location is a strong point, improvements are needed in cleanliness, breakfast, and some aspects of service.
