Cons (-) Well I had a huge problem with renting a car to actually go to Ohio, so I had to cancel my room. I was not able to get a refund at all which sucks because I paid for a room I didn't even check in to. I was and still am super upset that I lost out on money for this room that was vacant the whole time! I just want my money back!
Pros (+) 80% of the front desk staff were wonderful.
Cons (-) The rooms were disgusting. I drove 17 hours straight from Florida to this hotel and was extremely exhausted. I checked in, and was handed the key to a room on the second floor. I lugged my suitcase up the stairs, opened the door, and discovered a room that was not yet cleaned (it was 6 pm). Dirty towels all over the ground, trash cans over flowing, bed sheets were torn from the bed, etc. I lugged ...

Pros (+) Staff was excellent.
Cons (-) No microwave, fridge or even a hair dryer. I was uncomfortable with the location traveling alone with two kids. Breakfast is a bag with a muffin, apple and water.
Pros (+) The room was surprisingly nice. Apparently they had just remodeled. Everything was clean and was close to some great shopping and restaurants.
Cons (-) The bathroom was tiny. The wifi didn't work.
