The staff was lovely. The fact that we had to go to the third floor to get ice when we had a room on the first floor was unacceptable.
Pros (+) Staff was kind and responsive. Hotel was spotless. I'll be staying there when I pass through again.

Pros (+) The staff were really nice and the facilities were new. Considering the options, there are t many decent hotels in the area this is probably on of the best around...
Cons (-) The location/area is kind of sketchy but we felt generally safe. The price was kind of high, we could have booked the Hyatt down town for just a little more.
