Pros:I liked the price only.
Cons:If the sliding glass door wouldn't have fallen off the tracks & almost killed me that would have helped a lot. I didn't receive an apology or offer of discount or anything. Also, the breakfast was disappointing. No coffee maker in the room.
Pros:Room availability. And the staff was very friendly and did what they could to help. Very professional and provided world-class service.
Cons:Breakfast - selection was poor. Coffee creamer and sugar appeared to have been bought at the local Sam's Club discount store. Containers were beat up and did not provide confidence of cleanliness. Rooms - recommend additional sound proofing. We could hear our room neighbor's conversations and the courtyard was very noisy. Noise level carried directly into the room. Hallways - carpet appears to be in need of a good steam cleaning.
Pros:It is very close to Wichita, KS airport
Cons:Uncomfortable beds, poor maintenance, old lady in the morning checkout took 15 minutes to give me a receipt because she was in the phone in what it looked like a personal call.
