I left my phone in seat 6C or B where I sat with my husband. The lady with the oxygen tank needed help coming back from the bathroom as we were ready to land. We stopped the movie we were watching on my phone to help her and I guess I forgot it. Please, please return my phone. Samsung note galaxy 20 ultra. It is on airplane mode. Thanks so much

Cons: "They could start by not allowing a non-compliant passenger ON THE PLANE. When he was already not compliant in the damn terminal. (Dude didn’t wanna wear a mask) forced the captain to circle back and screw our timing for our connecting flight. You might say, how can we blame AA, well, because they chose to allow him to become a problem and then exasperated it by allowing him in the damn door of the plane. Now we got stuck in Charlotte for the night. Nothing like being late for your Grandma’s funeral. Pathetic AA! PATHETIC!"
Cons: "Flute gate changed 35 min prior to boarding to a new gate that was a 10 min walk. That was stressful. The flight ended up being delayed 20 min as well."

Cons: "Delayed several times, one of which was because they didn’t have enough gas for the trip. The pilot also came in so fast and hard that he slammed on the planes breaks when landing - violently shaking the entire plane."
Pros: "One member of the crew who focused on the back of the plane was pleasant and kind during a one hour delay on the tarmac."
Cons: "One member of the crew who focused on first class passengers complained about having to pick up trash, having to stay in Birmingham, and was just unpleasant. The AA system was down in Charlotte which effected everything. The attendant at the gate was very, very short with several passengers. There was not enough AA ground crew at our destination to allow us to embark. They couldn’t move the jetway and unload bags at the same time so we just had to sit there for 30 minutes. At 12:30am."

Cons: "My checked baggage did not make it on this flight even though it was checked in over an hour before the flight. I have been getting the runaround at the Baggage Claim area and on the phone. It may be delivered tomorrow afternoon and I have food items in the baggage and it may not be delivered until the afternoon of the next day. They don’t have a good baggage tracking system."

Our wait to Fort Lauderdale was THREE hours! Our return flight(we switched to the 11:05flight),so that we didn't have to wait 13 hours for the 9:35 flight. I think it's TERRIBLE that I was charged over $ 450!!!! WHY??? The plane had seats available and it cost Air Canada NOTHING!!! It seems that greed NOY customer care is prioritized with AIR CANADA. That was after we already paid for TWO suitcases when we had ONLY ONE !!! It will be ALONG time before we fly with this carrier. Westjet is a great alternative. The lady sitting beside me bought a sandwich for $10.50 and threw most of it away. Gone are the days when we got what we paid for,INSTEAD of being ripped off. Mary Warkentin

Cons: "Flight was unable to land in Vancouver due to aircraft problem, and diverted to Seattle. Spent the night there; still waiting to get back the next morning. Serious disruption of business day for my wife and me as a result."

The food was horrible and the customer service from air Canada at Montreal airport was rude and unprofessional 3 hours delay without even an apology or an explanation! I went to see a person from a air canada at a desk at the boarding gates and he wouldn't even have the courtesy to give me 1 minute of his time to explain why the plane is late his awnser was wait for the announcement and you will see his attitude was very apathetic. Overall I was very disappointed"

Many people didn’t have seats until last minutes, no explanations, desk clerk was not helpful at all and had attitudes. And Food was terrible!!!"
