Cleanliness!!! Staff was great for the most part, location was also very good...easy to find.
Staff knocked on our door, then proceeded to enter without waiting for a reply...although we used the 2nd & 3rd lock feature.

The staff was very nice.
The pool was tiny, and if more then four people are there it is very loud. Very hot in both the pool area and the gym. No comfortable chairs to lounge in. Snack machine was out of order all four days. But most importantly.... We found out from a friend that our peep hole was backwards and you could very clearly see into our room. I checked and I could definitely see too much. Then the door would not latch on its own. If you didn't push it shut, it didn't close.
