Pros (+) Nothing
Cons (-) Deep intention in bed where you could feel the spring. Carpet old and stained. Bathroom mirror had something splattered all over it. Curtains with torn up. Back door doesn’t lock. Staircase needs cleaning . Seemed to be a hot spot for drug deals.

Cons (-) Could hear EVERYTHING the neighbors were doing...including making whoopy at 2:30am.
