NEED MORE THAN 1 PERSON AT CHECK-IN AND CHECK-OUT TIMES!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Our room wasn't ready at 4:04, even when check-in is 4. I was told we'd have to wait an undisclosed amount of time for our room and would get no discount. After I verbalized this was an issue (drove almost 6 hours for a concert that started at 7 and had to shower/get ready), she simply asked if upstairs was ok and we were put in a room. Why does someone have to be borderline rude to get service? If it were an option at first to put us upstairs, why not ask that first once you see the room isn't ready?
I was able to hear the music from the bar in my room. Should not have been that loud.
On entering room, there was a used condom on the floor. Staff was rude when approached with this. Will never stay at a Comfort (Condom) Inn again.
The pool was closed because of mechanical problems. The room looks like it hasn't been painted in years. The. Comfort in the room was substandard.

female desk clerk who asked us to leave our room on 3rd day, told her we paid for night. wanted me to fax proof of payment, asked her to recheck her files as I paid on CC in advance so my daughter could stay another night as her dorm was not ready at Wake Forest. Checked the files and there it was..paid. Should have checked before she upset everyone.
What I liked about this place is everything was clean. The staff was nice. I felt like I got a good deal, yet was a good place to stay and I was comfortable.
