Given an unclean room on arrival. The cushion on the couch in the living area was missing too. Under construction and the cleaning was horrible Front desk happy to change our room. Our stay was great just for a couple of things such as no coffee machine in our room, I called the front desk but the machine never arrived. The master’s bedroom shower handle is kinda lose so you have to keep adjusting the water to the right temperature. The couch in the living room isn’t clean. Pros (+) We felt so comfortable - from the beds/linens to the welcoming staff, to the general ambiance, to the well-appointed kitchen, everything was lovely. The grounds, the pools, the restaurant, the parking (on your room level!), everything gets 5 stars.
