I am a regular traveler to the Twin Cities, and this is my go-to hotel. Excellent staff, great location and value. I can’t recommend it enough.

Really not much on this last trip.
The room wasn't clean, in between days the beds were made but TP not replenished, soap not replenished, trash left on table tops. This is NOT what I expect from a 3.5 star hotel. Who rates this place? The club level was the main reason I booked this hotel. However at check in I find out there is no club level due to renovations. You would think that would make the management go way above and beyond to accommodate expectations. Not even a gesture. I had to laugh that the Dasani water left in the room had a tag on it that said it was $5. Really?!
