Summary of reviews

Guests say
Overall, guests were very pleased with the hotel's excellent location near ski lifts and bus stops, making it highly convenient for skiing and transportation. The staff received frequent praise for their friendliness and helpfulness, contributing to a welcoming atmosphere. Many guests also appreciated the spacious rooms and the cleanliness of the facilities. While breakfast and meals were generally considered good, some found them repetitive or lacking variety. Despite a few comments about outdated decor and minor inconveniences, most guests enjoyed their stay and found the hotel to be a great value, especially for those seeking a Japanese ski experience.
