Summary of reviews
Guests say
Most guests appreciated the hotel's convenient location and some found the rooms clean, modern, and comfortable. However, many reviews highlighted serious issues with service, including inattentive or unhelpful staff, double charging, and lack of front desk availability. Cleanliness was also a frequent concern, with several guests describing dirty rooms and bathrooms. The pool and hot tub were often out of service or unclean, disappointing guests who expected these amenities. While a few guests had positive experiences with friendly staff or enjoyed the decor, the majority of reviews pointed to significant problems with service, cleanliness, and amenities.

Cons (-) They were overbooked ( I guess just like the airlines do nowadays ) and were not able my honor my reservation (which was booked on the Marriott corp site). Instead, offered to stay at Homestead by Marriot just across the road. The gym and the swimming pool facilities at Homestead are not as good as Courtyard, and they were okay for me to use the Courtyard's.
