Guests say
Overall, guests are highly impressed with the hotel's service, often describing staff as friendly, attentive, and professional. The location, especially the lake views, is frequently highlighted as a major positive. Amenities such as the kids' play area, pool, and various activities are appreciated by families and other travelers. Breakfast and buffet options are generally well-received, though a few guests felt the food could be improved. Some negative feedback centers on cleanliness issues and a few isolated service lapses, but these are outweighed by the many positive experiences reported.
