Pros: Na
Cons: Front desk lady was rude. Didn't let us know if they were offering breakfast or what our options were for a breakfast. She didnt say much of anything besides what floor and room we were in. She over heard my kids talking about the pool but also didnt tell us rules or times (due to covid). Our room smelled like gym socks, there was hair in the shower from the previous guest. No housekeepingat all. We always stay at this hotel about 4 times a year. But after this experience we will be taking our business elsewhere.

Cons: I don't know if I would classify it as not like, but with a Noon checkout having housekeeping knocking on the door before 10 seems a little excessive. I know, privacy sign, but we got in so late we didn't even think about it.

9.0 Excellent
Pros: Very clean and organized, with full occupancy
Cons: No
7.0 Good
Pros: Huge comfortable bed. Pool was fantastic. Loved having a little fridge for my drinks. Clean and polite staff. Have stayed here before without the issues of this visit so will likely stay again. Put a lot of the minor issues from the things that weren't working as Covid19 related with likely less staff around to keep up.
Cons: TV in the sitting area of my room didn't work. Jacuzzi tub jets didn't work. Dripping shower even when turned off. Some of the lights didn't work. Wifi a little spotty but wasn't a deal breaker.
2.0 Mediocre
Cons: We had a gift bag taken by the maid service. I went back several hours after check out and asked for it. First they found nothing, then after 20 min, some of items showed up, after 40 min several more items showed up. It was theft. I reported it
10.0 Excellent
Pros: We stayed in the King suit with the Hot tub bath in it, the room was absolutely HUGE & beautiful. The bed was very comfortable & the room was very clean. The staff was friendly and helpful.
Cons: The traffic getting in and out is horrible at “Peak times” such as rush hours & lunch time. As the building is located on the corner of a very busy street and the exit of a freeway.
5.0 Okay
Pros: Location.
Cons: Older than I thought or really used hard. Breakfast was just OK and the room was beat to hell. Holes in the bathroom wall near the baseboard behind the toilet. My daughter was so upset she stuffed paper in it to avoid anything crawling out.
9.0 Excellent
Pros: Friendly and helpful staff.
Cons: Little confusing to get to from I-40 West. Everything else was great.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: It was during quarantine time. Bag breakfast was very nice.
5.0 Okay
Pros: It was quiet
Cons: Wasnt clean, hair in the bathroom floor and tub. Dusty cabinets and shelf, floor didnt look like it was vacuumed
9.0 Excellent
Pros: We have stayed at this location twice, both times in the presidential suit & we LOVE it! It’s a 1 bedroom with a large hottub bath inside the room. While it could be perfect for a romantic evening we are traveling as a family and since all pools are closed during this unprecedented time it gives my kids the opportunity to still go “swimming”
4.0 Okay
Pros: Bed was comfy. The room was clean.
Cons: The first staff person I encountered was not friendly at all. I was placed in a room next to someone with a dog that barked a lot. When trying to shower the water took a very long time to get hot and had to keep closing the shower curtain because the rod was falling off the wall.

Pros: Great location, very nice room, big tv.
Cons: Very friendly people, nice bathroom, nice bed and lots of channels on the tv.
3.0 Mediocre
Pros: The room was well appointed. Comfortable bedding, clean. No issues with facilities. Breakfast was very good and a good variety.
Cons: A party of 3 with my grandsons service dog. When I made booking I advised of the dog. The dog is a licensed certified support animal. The issue I had is that she questioned my grandson as to what type of emotional handicap he had. That is more than what is required to identify the need for the dog. We had just traveled, AZ, TX, NM and had no issues. I won't recommend this chain based on this stay. I dont know if this was hotel policy or one employee.

10.0 Excellent
Pros: It was conveniently located off the highway, was a multi room suite, nice televisions, bathroom, shower, etc. bed was comfortable.
Cons: I knocked the room down from ten points by one because the AC unit was pretty noisy. Not anything wrong with it; it just used a particularly loud fan.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: I liked that it was right of the highway and I could jump right back on when I resumed my trip.
Cons: I'm not a bug person so the bugs by the outside entrances were an issue for me. Can't really be helped I guess because bugs are attracted to light.
2.0 Mediocre
Pros: The bed was comfortable and that was it.
Cons: Where do I start? Checked in, went to our room and my 15 year old daughter opens the drawer between the Queen beds and there is a bunch of sex toys and a used condom in the drawer, REALLY???? I called the front desk, they guy didn’t seemed bothered by it and was like I’ll just give you another room so we had to pack all of our stuff back up go down stairs and wait for another room. We get to the new room and the sink (not the one in the bathroom but the 2nd sink by the coffee pot) would not shut off and had a constant steady drip ALL NIGHT long that kept us up. I tried for 30 minutes to get it to stop leaking but the faucet needs replaced but I was not about to call down to the front desk and have to switch rooms AGAIN. Figured with all the hassle they’d give us a discount on our 2nd night stay but didn’t happen. Just a big inconvenience for us and it didn’t seem to bother them much in my opinion

Cons: We had a little trouble with the WiFi.

Pros: The location was good, near many chain restaurants and major lines of communication. The room itself was clean.
Cons: The cleanliness of the common areas was rather poor. There was a significant amount of spilled coffee in the only elevator, the trash in the breakfast area was overflowing and the hallways could have used a mopping. The tile hallways ensured additional noise in the room, and the room, while billed as a suite, didn’t have a wall between the sleeping area and the living area.

Overview Reviews
Building upon a strong foundation and a rich industrial heritage, 21c Museum Hotel Oklahoma City - MGallery is a contemporary art museum, a 135-room boutique hotel with spacious guest rooms reminiscent of a loft apartment in New York's Soho neighborhood, a cultural civic center and the home of Mary Eddy's Kitchen x Lounge, led by executive chef Jason Campbell. Stay with us and the iconic Purple Penguin.
8.0 Excellent
Pros: The room was very nice and comfortable. The hotel was very nice.
Cons: The staff does not communicate. We scheduled massages and it took 3 days to get them scheduled because nobody would put our reservation in the computer or pass the word to anyone else. Eventually we got in contact with a manager that gave us a great deal.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: The bed was awesome! The room was neat and the soap they have was really nice. Food was good but overpriced so I'm glad we got breakfast with our room. It is a unique place to stay and I would love to come back at some point!
Cons: Parking is an issue, in my opinion. You either have to pay for valet or pay to park in a garage. So no free parking for guests was irritating.

1.0 Poor
Pros: Location was decent.
Cons: The room was disgusting. There was food stuck to the floor and on the remote, as if it hadn’t even been cleaned prior to my stay. The bathroom had hair everywhere and looked unclean. It didn’t look like anything had been wiped down. When I went to use the phone to call the front desk, it was unplugged from the wall and the hand piece was unplugged from the base.

Pros: The location was great. The layout of the checkout area and bar was great.
Cons: The cleanliness of the bathroom was a little surprising. The bathroom ceiling paint was flaking off which was odd for a 4 star hotel.
6.0 Good
Pros: The location was in close proximity to the basketball arena, which was my main consideration on NYE.

Pros: I liked the cleanliness of it, fresh everything, no mold, no bugs, no stains. Very very good room for price. Staff were nice
Cons: We got put in a room close to another hotel. Druggies in both sides. Yelling and hollering. Some of them stayed around my car while we were in it, my daughter finally got out to get our stuff and on of them walked up to her asking her questions then asked if she’s like to go get high and don’t be scared her mother is there she’s a big girl! Who says that??!! After the ordeal, a group of them came out of a top floor room making their way down to the parking lot with a dog. A worker/owner then confronted them (no pets allowed). The group started yelling and cussing at eachother then the ones at other hotel started pitching in. Threats were made and not sure if police we called. I ended up calling front office and happy the owner/staff came quick to help situation. Then all night until about 5am they hung out by our room talking/smoking/yelling and even hit our door messing around. (This doesn’t happen over night, they were WAY to comfortable) I say this place isn’t safe for young kids at all. Which is sad if needing a place to stay for a night preparing for Surgery next morning. Disabled and walking with cane. Sorry but if want business the rats need to go!

Pros: I was happy that late check-in was easy for us as we had a long drive before we came to the hotel. The staff was nice and while breakfast was provided and it looked good, we had to leave and get on the road. Glad to have booked here at the last minute and was satisfied with our stay.
Cons: There could have been maybe one more pillow for the king-sized bed but it really wasn't a big deal, especially because the long decorative pillow was provided. Other than that, everything was fine and didn't need to be fixed.

Cons: The cleanliness of the common areas was rather poor. Pros: We liked the service staff at breakfast.
Cons: I don’t care for the extended stay aspects. Night shift ha no idea what day shift is doing. Run by mostly millennials and that sums up our stay.

Pros: Full sized fridge with freezer, dishes, dish washer, soap dispensers in the shower, towels a plenty, pool was fun they had a variety of balls to play with. Beds were comfortable sheets soft. 2.0 Mediocre
9.0 Excellent
Pros: Our window shade did not close so we were given a different room. The second room had no TV remote but they were prompt to get one for us.
Cons: opps - see above
10.0 Excellent
Pros: The staff is wonderful; professional and friendly. Breakfast was good.
Cons: The bathroom door sticks right at the toilet so you have to sit at an awkward angle. Location makes leaving the hotel somewhat difficult due to no stoplight.
