All the Staff was great, pleasant and wiling to help with huge smile Breakfast was excellent and was close to the beach The bed was very comfortable and the bathroom beautiful
Well, the place was excellent, very nice but without privacy because the way it was designed (next room guests needed to pass through our door in order to go to theirs) and was not possible to open the curtains
Location very good, near the beach and various restaurants and bars. Hotel spotless but a bit austere.
Air conditioning controlled from reception so room totally overheated on arrival and other times of the day. Reception Staff not in evidence at different stages. Pool on roof, it was tiny. Difficult to communicate with staff as they had very little English although to be fair that is common in the area and my Spanish is pretty non existent.
As we booked late and it is high season we got to try three different rooms. All were large rooms, comfortable beds and good showers (except in the villa). The breakfast is good and the location is great if you want to be a little bit outside the village of Zahara and close to the beach. The hotel is new, modern, clean and the staff was very friendly and professional.
We stayed two nights in the villa which is separate from the main hotel. Although very new and modern the pressure in the shower need fixing.
Good breakfast, most staff was friendly
Had to pay extra for parking, very noisy due to construction works. Worst were the "pools". One glorified bathtub (40cm deep, 1.5x2m) and one slightly bigger bathtub - 1.4m deep and 2x4m wide. Far away from the village, so either have to drive or get a cab to find a place for dinner as restaurant is only open for breakfast and lunch.
Very quiet, good location, nice breakfast, very clean, had the pool (although small) all to ourselves. Great for a short weekend away
Pool could be viewed as too small had the hotel been busier. Beds were two single beds pushed together rather than a double. Restaurant is closed in the evenings. Slightly expensive for a 2 night stay.
