Summary of reviews

Guests say
Guests consistently praised the hotel's excellent location, often highlighting its proximity to attractions, convenient access via elevator, and beautiful Matterhorn views. The breakfast was frequently described as good or exceptional, with only a few minor suggestions for improvement. Service stood out as friendly, helpful, and attentive, with staff going out of their way to accommodate guests. Cleanliness was also a strong point, with many noting well-kept rooms and public areas. The overall atmosphere was described as pleasant, calm, and welcoming, contributing to a positive stay for most visitors. Some negative remarks focused on room size, dated decor, construction affecting views, and minor breakfast or amenity limitations, but these did not overshadow the generally positive experience.
