|Top route||Belfast Intl to London Gatwick|
|Top airport||London Gatwick|
The crew at the airport is as unpleasant as easyjet's (And Ryanair) policy on cabin baggage which is smaller than other low-cost airlines. Systematically angry customers and bad atmosphere on boarding. Crew on board nice.
The flight boarding time was changed so many times and the passengers weren’t notified about boarding time until the boarding actually started.
Lost luggage. After 3 days, still do not have it.
Flight was delayed so I had to get an Uber to get home because there weren’t any trains. It was more expensive than the flights..
Je n’ai pas voyagé avec vous car l’avion était annulé !!! GRÈVE ! On Strike ! Et mon adresse mail vous était inconnue ... Alors: comment m’avez vous envoyé cette enquête ??????????? Malhonnêteté
Delayed connection and ensuing missed flight. Replacing
It’s very good
All was Ok
we had a real problem at the check-in because EASY JET didn't have received the information that we had contracted and paid for 1 cabin luggage each one, my boss and I , and they charged us again for our small suitcase !!! So we paid twice for the same service!! We came back last thursday evening and we still haven't received the invoice to be able to claim . we are very angry with kayak... next time we won't buy our flight ticket by you . Flight was delayed into London from 11pm - 12.30am, which caused a knock on effect of missing the last train and having to pay £130 for a taxi home
It was a mess to get through passport control. Airline personnel could have said something at check in. But the screw up was mostly on the airport’s poor organization
I feel sorry for anyone who paid for speedy boarding, they got called through and then had to queue in the corridor to the plane for ages. It was a small plane so not sure why there was so much waiting and queuing required. On-board there was limited food service (emails were received before the flight advising this, but no explanation as to why).
This is a simple flight without much entertainment. The boarding is fluid but the seats in the plane are very close with each other.
Flight was cancelled. Did not get to spain
Booked via Kayak (kiwi) and never been told we didn't have speedy boarding, despite us making sure have hand baggage and check in baggage...unlike our outbound flight via Ryanair we're we had priority boarding... here with easy jet we didn't have one and weren't informed by Kiwi that we don't have... so we had to pay extra 200£ for hand baggage.. Easy jet Staff at Berlin Airport were unpolite and with little experience ( very young ladies). We had a 2 hours delay with no updates from easy jet, what so ever... Never EasyJet, never Kayak & Kiwi.
Flight was cancelled 1 hour before. Impossible to receive any help from Easyjet at all. Had to rebook at own costs. Will never trust nor book easyjet again
Cancelled due to COVID

Rien à redire
It met my expectations.
Departed stand and landed 15 minutes ahead of schedule. Still no sandwiches available onboard.
The flight was delayed and we had to wait in the plane after landing for 1h for the bus to come and take us to the airport
Pilot and his announcements were brilliant. Inordinately funny and entertaining. Flight was delayed with limited apology for this. Boarding was slow. No hot food available on flight. Poor show.
Our original flight was at 05:35 but was later cancelled which we only discovered when we went to check in. The airline had now moved us on to the next available flight 14:05. We had both booked priority boarding but I lost mine on the new flight as it was fully booked. When we arrived at the airport we found that we had been moved yet again to an even later flight. Our new flight was due to depart at 14:20 but departed an hour late. What a joke.
Easyjet, no hot food or cold sandwiches on a 4hr 30min flight! Not good enough… but apart from that the service and flight crew were 100%
On board easyJet flights, cabin baggage should not exceed 56x45x25cm. If your hand luggage is bigger, the easyJet assistance team will most likely ask you to pay extra for checked luggage.

All passengers are seated within a 3 x 3 economy cabin, meaning you may want to pay for a reserved seat to avoid being automatically allocated a middle seat. Healthy snacks are available for purchase onboard. A carbon-offsetting option can be added to the price of a fare to minimize each customer’s carbon footprint.
Exclusively Airbus planes are flown by easyJet. Aircraft that are suited to intracontinental trips, such as the A319, A320, and A321 series, are most commonly operated. The jets range in capacities, with the A321neo model one of the largest and capable of carrying roughly 235 passengers. While the fleet is painted with a simple white and orange design, some aircraft feature dedications to figures such as William Shakespeare or major cities like Barcelona. Several aircraft have also been named in honor of former employees, with their names printed underneath the cockpit windows.
