Pros: The room was exceptional! Great hotel with a great location. It's easy to get anywhere in the city and cabs are always around with Al Wahda Mall next door. The pub downstairs had a good band and the drinks were reasonably priced. All of the hotel staff were friendly and the room had a great view! Highly recommend staying here!
Cons: The pool is a smaller than similar hotels. Also, don't expect a lot of sun due to the hotel structure.

Cons: One of the pools was closed. It would have been nice to have a quieter adults only area where we could relax without being splashed by loud children. Needed a bit better signage to get into the pool area through the spa, although we eventually figured it out with the help of a staff member.

Pros: This hotel has been around for a good number of years, but don't let that discourage you for a moment. From the moment I walked in, Vivek at the reception was super attentive and helpful up to the extreme, made me feel like they valued my SPG status at all times. Although the property may show signs of aging the interior is well kept and impecable at every place you look at. Yes, the decor may look old, but the rooms are pristine clean and very comfortable; even the bathroom felt as one of a palace. I had a fantastic time, at the lounge the attention from the gentleman there was nothing short of amazing, unfortunately I forgot his name but he does deserve the credit for being wonderful at his job. Will come back any day without a doubt.
