Adamantas hotels near Adamas Port

Pros: Exceptional staff, great pool area, spacious rooms and great breakfast.

Pros: The hotel is exceptionally clean with some lovely touches – the entrance lobby, the decorations on the breakfast table and in the room. The lady at reception is very friendly and helpful, as is the lady who served the breakfast which was also very good, with an extensive variety of food, including local items. The bed was also very comfortable and the bathroom excellent. The swimming pool is a nice as we’ve experienced anywhere.

Cons: If you like a minimalistic approach in a very quiet area, then might be great for you. For us is lacked warmth as well as a few basics. The hotel is a good 30 minutes’ walk from the main port where you can find plenty of restaurants, shops and bars. There is one very good hotel quite close, but the queue to get in was very long for the week we stayed there. There are no shops near and a car is essential. The pool bar wasn’t open when we stayed there, apart from a short period on one day when we decided to have a day at the pool. The facilities in the room are limited and basic -minimalistic. The patio airer much too small, there are no tissues in the room or moisturisers, no tea or coffee making facilities all of which you would expect in a four star hotel and for the price you pay. There was only one chair in a room for two people. We also had a problem with the sink which I reported, but was initially told by the gentleman on the desk, who has a very superior attitude and manner, that I wasn’t using it properly (bizarre!), then the next day was told it had been fixed. Both incorrect and eventually, the following day, it was replaced. The initial problem was not huge or a major problem to us, but the attitude was unhelpful and rude.

Pros: Fantastic Room with small patio, close to breakfast area and one flight of steps to pool. Ample and varied buffet breakfast choice. No cooked fare though Good transfer to/from the Port and local buses stop outside

Pros: Everything. Beautiful and peacefull place, beautiful room, very comfortable with necessary equipement, good location next to the port, delicious breakfast and the family are of an amazing kindness, very helpful and casting. Don't change anything. It was perfect.

Pros: Me and my wife arrived at Alexandros Village a week ago, where we had a blast! First, the accommodation itself was much better than what was presented in the images provided while booking. The room was specious, clean and tidy as well as well maintained. It is located in a easy spot from which you can travel and explore the island. The employees were always happy to help/ assist. The owners were also present, during our stay and were keeping a positive and warm atmosphere for us, themselves. Respect to them. Everyone working there was extremely helpful. In a way it felt like someone welcomed you back home. The pool was kept clean throughout the whole time, while maintaining the right temperature. The breakfast was delicious and there was a great variety to choose from. In my opinion, Alexandros Village is what everyone needs, if they are looking for a nice & cosy place with affable staff.

Pros: The rooms are very cosy, nice decorated. Very clean! Every day fresh towels. A terrace outside with a nice view over the sea and the satellite tv are nice extras. The very friendly family does everything to make it a perfect stay!!!

Pros: Owners were totally customer service focused.The rooms were spotless. Breakfast was outside in a covered area - fab. Location was great for all directions. 15 min walk to centre of Adams an off road path.

Cons: Could have had a pool bar this this was by no means a deal breaker.

Pros: Lovely spotlessly clean apartment in a great location close to the port. The room was very spacious and so was the double bed. My apartment also had 2 balconies, which was a nice feature. Great hospitality, lovely staff and overall a great stay! I was even picked up and dropped off at the port. I wouldn’t hesitate to stay again.

Pros: Very very friendly staff, extremely helpful. the rooms are what you can expect for a price like this, so perfectly alright. they are a bit old, but as I said, for this price they are absolutely alright.

Cons: rooms in the lower floors were a bit dark

Pros: We were picked up by George at the port and transported to the hotel. He was waiting for us with a sign and was extremely welcoming and friendly. We were handed a key at the hotel and then left alone. The room was big enough, very clean and the beds were comfortable. The kitchen was adequate for our needs. The family who own and manage the hotel are just so friendly and make you feel very welcome throughout the stay.

Cons: We were provided with no information on check in and had to wake the managers from their afternoon nap to ask questions. On our last day there was no cleaning or change of towels in our room. We asked for a transfer to the port to catch our ongoing ferry and all was arranged well in advance but unfortunately they left us stranded in the morning and no one came to take us to the port. We had to trundle down as best we could which wasn’t very far but was a big inconvenience considering the early time and how long we had already waited for them before deciding to make our own way. This part of our stay was very poorly managed by the owners and could have meant we missed our ferry. We were not impressed.

Pros: Very close to adamas center and to the port. The staff is very polite and welcoming.

Pros: I booked this for my students. Great location. 2 double rooms and 2 apartments for 4 pax. Kitchen facilities were readily used. Room 16 has a great terrace with cats that love being caressed.

Pros: Great quite apartments just 3 walking minutes from the central square. Free shuttle from and to the port. Good rooms in this price category. Super friendly and helpful staff that solved all our questions/needs.

Pros: The family that owns the place is extremely warm and nice, great location close to ferry port, restaurants and other stores. Beautiful front entrance with flowers. Large, comfortable rooms.

Cons: The floor was sticky, the shower curtains aren't full length so you flood your bathroom after a shower, the reception desk was always empty, you have to call them to get some help.

Pros: This place was great. Less than five minute walk to ferry terminal and the same to shops and restaurants. Staff was great and the rooms were quaint and charming. Wifi was slow but hey your in Greece and probably shouldn't be on your phone but watching the sunset instead!
