Pros:Large spacious room with a kitchen and sofa bed. The size of the room is good for family with 3-4 kids. The staff is friendly.
Cons:Very old and does not feel clean. Smell once you walk into the hallway where rooms are. I think it is over priced for what it offer. I have been a lot of 2 stars hotel around east coast on this trip, none of the experience I had like this one. It is not expensive but I don't think it deserves the price (special discount offer, 2 beds room with a sofa bed, $132 inc tax). It has the most *surprise* front desk I have seen for a 3 stars hotel: just a simple counter desk with a computer, the staff does not look professional.

Pros:The room was clean and I found the layout of the room nice for a solo traveler. It was a very nice stay, especially considering the value. I was also pleasantly surprised to have housekeeping come everyday.
Cons:The bedding could be upgraded and the light posts outside made it impossible to sleep with the curtains open. And the breakfast could be better.

Pros:The suite was wonderful. It was a small apartment with all the conveniences. The living room was separate from the bedroom. If the tv was on in the living room, it could not be heard in the bedroom. Great for people who have different bed times.

Cons:The breakfast was horrible, sorry to say, the egg omelets tasted fake and the home fries were absolutely disgusting, I think I'll stick with bagels and cream cheese if I go back.

Cons:Sleeper sofa is way too small and only good for one child. There weren't enough pillows and no additional were available when requested.

Pros:We were in a renovated room, which was spacious and very clean. The staff were all friendly and accommodating. The lobby had free coffee! The location of Cresthill is also close to so much: Dunkin Donuts walking distance, and by car you have whole foods, trader joe's, and restaurants like Cheesecake Factory and PF Changs. Also, the kitchen was amazing! The king size bed was extremely comfortable. We absolutely loved our stay.
Cons:Pool was closed unexpectedly. They don't provide enough towels, but you can always ask for more. Other than that, it was quite a perfect weekend away!
