Summary of reviews
Guests say
Many guests were dissatisfied with the hotel's cleanliness, citing issues like bugs, unpleasant odors, and poorly maintained rooms. Service was also a common concern, with reports of unhelpful staff and problems with refunds. However, several guests appreciated the outdoor swimming pool, and some found the location convenient for their needs. Breakfast generally received negative feedback for its quality and lack of options. Overall, while the pool and location were highlights, cleanliness and service need significant improvement.AI-generated from customer reviews
