Quiet and comfortable room. Checking in was easy and fast.
The location was pretty, especially at nigh, the hotel was beautiful inside lots of magic, love the decorations, the staff was incredibly nice and professional.
Green. No ice machine
Really great hotel. Excellent staff. Great Rooftop bar. Great restaurant in the hotel. I really liked it. Great vibe too lobby is very cool and hip feeling.
The AC could have been a tad colder cause I am a nut about that stuff. And my room was missing the inside of the blinds. But I am totally nitpicking here. I liked this hotel a lot. Maybe people from New Mexico are just super nice, but I found everyone to be super friendly.
I have no complaints about the actual hotel, my stay was wonderful up until checkout.
The valet is horrible. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY HERE. Employee was reckless and carelessly driving my car. My $50,000 car now has damage to a new rim I just had replaced and has damage to front bummer and fender. I seriously saw the whole thing happen right in front of me as he was pulling my car up so I could drive home. Which is 4 hours away. Now I’m stuck with the inconvenience of driving back to ABQ to the INFINITI dealership to get the damage on my car fixed. What irritates me the most is that this situation was completely preventable. Glen needs to SLOW DOWN when driving cars that aren’t his. Sorry hotel andaluz your valet RUINED my experience. I will NO LONGER stay nor recommend your hotel.
