I liked that the beds were comfortable. The front office staff was extremely nice. It was a cheap price.
Room smelled like cigarettes making my clothes stink of that smell for days.
I was put on the far side of tbe property. As a woman alone, I would have like closer to the office and a room on the bottom floor.
Nothing was likable.
Disgusting, Filthy, roaches, bed bugs, and homeless loitering outside. Room 201. I only give 1-star because I can’t give ZERO!! We had been traveling across a few different state lines for almost 14-hours, we were tired and ready to grab a quick bite and go to bed. Upon our arrival, we already noticed a few local (homeless) people loitering in the parking lot. The desk attendant (Heather I believe) mentioned that security patrols the parking lot overnight and will run them off. However they were still there when we left (which wasn’t very much time later). When I was trying to check in, the desk attendant was on her cell phone the entire time talking to someone else through her EarPods. I get my keys and go to my room. ROOM 201. What the desk attendant Heather(?) failed to mention, was that the doorknob was installed incorrectly. You have to turn the knob up and shove the door open, the door will not open if you try to open it “normally”. Finally figure that out, open the door and flip on the lights... the duvet is immediately visibly dirty and the room smells of stale wet dog. The kitchen area and bathroom area (floors) are sticky. At this point we decide we will NOT take our shoes and after we eat, we’ll remove the dirty bedding and use our own bedding to go to sleep. We set our food on the kitchenette and as soon as I turn around there are two cockroaches running across the wall above the bed. My husbands grabs something to try and smash them as I immediately call the front desk. I asked for a different room and was told there weren’t any available so I told her I was not paying full price for a room with bugs. She said she has to call her manager and that she would call me back. Meanwhile, I’ve lost my appetite and am not going to eat the dinner we’ve just spent $40.00 on. I’m also considering sleeping in my car since no hotels in the area had any availability (this was not our first choice, we “chose” this hotel based on availability
It had a small stove..2 burners if we wanted to cook. And a full size fridge. The location was perfect.
Could have been cleaner.
Close to everything!
My room smelled of curry. Air freshener needed!!!
