Cons (-) The shower, did NOT work, the sink did NOT drain, the TV only had 1 channel and it was info commercials, and several lights did not turn on and plug in's did not work at all. When i rold the manager Rachel she told me she would give us her employee discount at our next stop but i had to call her by 1pm. Pros (+) It is in a safe area, the room was clean and the staff was friendly. There is a fridge and microwave in the room. The AC works but it took hours to cool down to a comfortable temperature.
Cons (-) Our TV didn't work, we had only one towel and we were told more would be delivered to our room but they never came, no batteries in the smoke detector, the wifi didn't work.
Pros (+) The service the front desk provided was good and friendly. Need some improvement.
Cons (-) No iron, no ironing board, toilet bowl made a lot of noise all night long, TV would not work with the remote control-had to turn on TV with a side button, and ESPN channels were not available. In all the years I've stayed at Super 8 motels I've never experienced these problems.
