FALSE ADVERTISING - Parking NOT guaranteed!! They don't have adequate parking behind their security gate because either they are renting out their spaces to utility trucks and/or refuse to regulate their parking at all (e.g., allowing multiple vehicles per room). I counted to ensure that there are at least as many parking spaces as there are rooms (there are!). So why they can't solve this problem...

Pros (+) Nothing, other than the overnight manager Lin that was very helpful and friendly and got me out of this place. It's beyond dirty, the place is downright filthy. You probably can get Covid-19 easily here, the place looks as though it hasn't been cleaned in more than a decade.
Cons (-) Nothing can be done. The place needs to permanently close. It should actually be condemned as it so dirty and they certainly haven't done anything additional with cleaning through the pandemic. The place is filthy and full of very very shady folks that stay there, I think lots of drug dealings, etc. it's simply awful.

Cons (-) The parking spots are small. I drive a compact car and I had trouble getting in and out of car because I had two large SUVs on either side. Room could use a fresh coat of paint. Pros (+) I loved the staff and the ease of travel to and from this location in Anaheim. The overall decor of the place wasn't excessively modern, but provided plenty for the price that we paid during our stay. Definitely recommending more friends of ours to stay at Lemon Tree. Kudos to the staff there for making our week-long stay so comfortable!
