10.0 Excellent
Pros: Very comfortable. Air conditioning thermostats in each room! Nice little kitchen, good dining table, nice sitting area. Several restaurants within walking distance. Awfully nice place to stay.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Staff was wonderful, helped above and beyond expectations. We traveled with our dog, and they provided a wonderful welcome packet for her, which included a toy, treats and super healthy food. We stayed in the two bedroom suite, and each bedroom had its own air conditioner!!! The whole place is immaculate.
9.3 Excellent
Pros: I liked the location of this property. The suite was spacious. I had one little hang-up however - My reservation led me to believe that there were two king beds in the bedroom. There was only one and the property does not have any suites with two king beds except for their two bedroom suites. I felt that I was misled and that kind of took the shine off my experience.
Cons: It would have been better if I had gotten the bedroom I was promised.
6.3 Good
Pros: Compared to other hotels on Hilltop Dr., Towe Place Suites is a very good choice. I have stayed in several other local properties in Redding is and so far, this was the best for this side of town. It is not as well appointed as you might think for the price, but the room was very clean and comfortable.
Cons: I'm not trying to be super critical but here was our experience...The two bedroom king suite, which I thought would be very quiet, was just as loud from traffic and neighbors as a standard hotel room. The mattresses are very firm, not our cup of tea. The common spaces of the hotel could use more attention from the cleaning staff. Probably won't stay here again for the price I paid.

Cons: The beds were super uncomfortable and the place is extremely noisy. There is a "suite"-like room with a couch that has pocket doors but the couch does not fold out and the air unit was in that end on the room so it barely reached us in our bed. 10.0 Excellent
Pros: Clean, comfortable rooms. The nicest most accommodating staff!

Pros: Comfortable bed, great shower, conveniently located
Cons: No coffee machine in room. Left 15 minutes before breakfast started, door was locked, decided not to wait. Nobody was at the front desk when I arrived at 3:45 PM. Was about to give up when finally someone came 15 minutes later. They need a buzzer or something to let the desk person know someones there. Check-in is supposed to start at 3:30.
8.3 Excellent
Pros: Great location and value for money.
Cons: NA

3.8 Mediocre
Cons: Staff was rude, and came across as very homophobic and upset. Didn't speak clear english, and was extremely dismissive and supicous of me paying for the room. Didn't give clear directions. Wifi was terrible, to the point of being unable to use it.
9.3 Excellent
Pros: Price and staff and location
Cons: No iron
7.5 Good
Pros: Clean, basic no frills room. Quiet but we were in the single storey part. Ironing board but had to ask for an iron. Ran out of ice in their machine. Had to ask for a coffee maker. As I said, basic but really, at the price, good value.
Cons: Not a warm welcome. Felt like we were imposing with all the things we had to ask for. Very basic breakfast.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Very clean room, comfy bed, excellent shower. Check in easy and the staff was efficient and friendly. There was safe parking for our u-haul truck.
6.3 Good
Pros: Clean, comfortable, best deal for the price. I would recommend doing a cash deposit rather than on your card because it won’t be returned right away.
Cons: Didn’t receive my deposit back when they told me it would be refunded the same day of checkout & still haven’t received it.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Stopped here on my way north. Clean, comfortable and felt safe. Those are all I really care about when traveling through. Pleasant staff. Would definitely stop here again when heading through Redding.

Pros: Breakfast was very good.Pool was nice & clean.
Cons: Rug in bedroom could have been cleaner or needed new carpet
8.0 Excellent
Pros: Staff was very kind and helpful. Rooms and building a bit out of date but totally functional. Locks all functioned, so I felt safe. We slept thru the breakfast so no comment on that! Stayed just one night when passing thru.
Cons: Just that things are older, could use an upgrade.
5.5 Okay
Pros: Beds were comfortable. Rooms quiet. Hot breakfast goid.
Cons: Coffee maker not cleaned. Mold along ledge in bathtub. Two straight backed chairs in room without bottoms so you sink through. Towels were rough...no softner used. Felt like a loufa. Upholstered chairs in dinning area very dirty. Cream cheese was a “spread” not real cream cheese. Only yogurt was 4 oz. full fat 130-140 calories. No low fat versions. No peanut butter.
8.8 Excellent
Pros: Nice pool, friendly staff
5.0 Okay
Pros: The breakfast the hotel offered.

Pros: The outdoor pool was wonderful! It was quiet and peaceful.
Cons: The coffee maker was not really much use, because it barely held enough water for a very small cup of coffee. We bought a french press for $14 at local walmart. Then we had to boil water in paper cups in microwave to add to glass press. An additional small kettle in the room also would have been perfect for Tea and Coffee needs.

Pros: Excellent renovation of a strip motel.
Cons: The Stardust next door is a negative on the location.

Pros: Older hotel, but remodeled and maintained very well. Rooms were very clean, beds and pillows were super comfortable. Out of all the hotels we stayed in over 2 weeks, this one has the best shower head. Breakfast area was very clean and had a good selection for my family. Staff was very friendly. Definitely the best value for our money.
Cons: Nothing to dislike.

Pros: The beds were extremely comfortable. Loved the faux wood floors instead of carpet.
Cons: The Lack of available parking spaces. Creepy people hanging around the property
8.8 Excellent
Pros: The facilities and location were great. Really nice bed and fridge and shower. We were like half a mile from everything downtown and a mile from turtle Bay and arboretum. Worth the price.
Cons: I don't like the 3pm check in time, as well as they didn't answer their phone all the time. We also had a light that didn't work in the bathroom and had to mess around with the plugs in the walls for the lamps to turn on.
9.7 Excellent
Pros: simple easy
Cons: please offer a few small bottles of water in the room that are included, also, Kayak please make this a toggle on your site, so we the users can easily eliminate hotels that don't offer bottled water, thx, tia

Cons: I loved that there was wonderful dining within walking distance

Pros: room was nice. Loved the vaulted ceiling.
Cons: I appreciate the air conditioning except the air conditioner was up high and facing towards and blowing on the sides of our heads. That's the only thing I would change.
5.8 Okay
Pros: Beds were comfortable and clean. Nice fridge
Cons: We arrived at 10:30pm and no one answered the bell. When we finally got to the room and went to sleep the digital alarm clock started blasting at midnight. The air conditioning unit is also rather loud.

5.8 Okay
Pros: The room was clean.
Cons: The bed pillows were pitiful. Not even a standard size but more like the inside of a small throw pillow with barely any filler covered in a pillowcase. The bed was saggy, the sheets and towels were scratchy, the furniture was dated and sparse, the lamp shade on the right had serious holes in it and the one on the left was stained with god knows what. There were cobwebs all over the windows, patio and patio furniture.

Pros: Great restaurant on site
10.0 Excellent
Pros: I like the setting and layout of the rooms.
8.0 Excellent
Pros: The pool and the fitness club were clean and very nice, the room was big enough, the hotel's surrounding are nice too. The staff and home made cookies were great. The WIFI worked perfectly fine.
Cons: The furniture in the room looked old, so is the paint on it's walls and the curtains. So it makes you feel you overpaid.

Cons: Nothing that I saw could’ve been better
5.0 Okay

Cons: They put a 100 dollar "incidentals" fee pending on my card. The guy at the desk says it takes 2-5 business days to clear. Majorly inconvenient.
2.5 Mediocre
Pros: Nothing good about this place. Would give 0 stars if could
Cons: Very dirty, trash on the floor and in the bin, used toilet paper roll in the bathroom, swearing words written on a dirty window. An old lady receptionist extremely rude and condescending. 6.3 Good
Pros: We liked the parking access, directly outside the room, for easy unloading. The staff was pleasant. The food ordered to the room was good.
Cons: We asked for a King bed, and got 2 Queens, which did not have bedside table on each side for convenience and light for reading. The bath did not have adequate countertops . The room did not have a table for eating. There was no adequate (grassy) area for pet walking.
7.5 Good
Pros: Everything was goof, older hotel but clean. The lounge had a live band and tons of old people boogin' very fun! Waitresses in the lounge were awesome! Drinks were strong and cheap.
Cons: When returning to our room it smelled of smoke. This happened to other family members in other rooms also. I think staff may be taking smoke breaks in the rooms or it is coming in through the AC somehow.

9.3 Excellent
Pros: Big clean room, friendly staff, pretty good breakfast. Great pool
Cons: No elevator to second floor. If a band is playing in the bar on weekends it’s kind of loud in the room. Wish the pool stayed open later

Pros: Location to the airport.
Cons: Cleanliness and communication between staff. We had 3 different room. First one hadn’t been cleaned. Second one had been cleaned but was filthy. Hair EVERYWHERE! We went and bought febreeze to make the room smell better.

Pros: It was an okay hotel. There wasn't anything special. The stain glass window was cool.

Cons: The room wasnt very clean. There was hair and a dead bug I'm the bathroom on the floor. Men's beard hair on the sink and soap residue from the last guests also a used cup behind tha garbage can. We were ti tried from the flight to move rooms.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Really good breakfast, comfortable room sanitary bathroom. Extra pillows in closet would be nice though.
7.0 Good
Pros: Convenient overnight en route to Lassen.
7.0 Good
Pros: The room was clean, and comfortable. It is upated, and contained everything we required and expected. The front desk clerk was professional and pleasant. The facility is conveniently located to food, fuel, and the interstate.
Cons: The area in which the inn is located isn't the best, and it shares a parking lot with several other businesses and there are potholes, and some unsavory characters around at night. However, it is suitable place for people looking for a comfortable place to stay for a few nights. The security locks work well, and there is adequate lighting in the parking lot and we did not have any issues.
5.5 Okay
Pros: Room ok. Quiet. Nice breakfast. My friend stayed there too so that was nice second day
Cons: Parking area creepy. Overpriced. Grounds kind of ugly.
8.0 Excellent
Pros: Very convenient location, just about 5 minutes to the Shasta County Fair & Event Center where I was attending Roses & Rust Vintage Market. Close to everything, lots of parking, and room was clean. Will stay there again!
