Summary of reviews
Guests say
Guests frequently praised the hotel staff for their friendliness and helpfulness, as well as the comfort of the beds and the overall value for the price. However, many reviews highlighted issues with cleanliness in some rooms, ongoing construction work, and poor soundproofing, which led to noise disturbances. While some guests found the rooms newly renovated and clean, others were dissatisfied with the lack of maintenance and insufficient information about the renovations. Breakfast was considered adequate for the price by some, though others found it basic. Overall, the positives centered on service, bed comfort, and value.AI-generated from customer reviews
