Enjoy our all-suite, pet-friendly hotel with amenities such as in-room kitchens, laundry facilities, free WiFi and free parking. Housekeeping services are provided every other week for long-stay guests. We are conveniently located off Interstate 35 north of Des Moines and are close to key city attractions like the Iowa State Capitol and state government buildings, Iowa State Fairgrounds, Community Choice Credit Union Convention Center, Des Moines Civic Center, Iowa Events Center and Wells Fargo Arena. Save money on meals while cooking in your in-room kitchen, with a stove, microwave, and full-size refrigerator and freezer. We offer three different suite layouts in our hotel and a guest laundry facility. Service, assist animals allowed at no charge must be reg at checking. Max 2 dogs under 80 lbs, no cats. Non-refundable per pet fees based on paid rate. 50 USD 1-6, 100 USD 7-27, 200 USD 28 nights. 5 USD a night begins on the 8th or 29th for the rest of the stay.
