Summary of reviews

Guests say
Guests consistently praised the hotel's stunning location and beautiful views, as well as the friendly and helpful staff in several cases. However, many were disappointed by the small room sizes, high prices for rooms, breakfast, and amenities, and felt the value for money was lacking. Some experienced issues with service, such as delays or lack of assistance, and noted that breakfast and parking were often expensive or not included. Cleanliness and comfort were generally acceptable, but noise and outdated bathrooms were occasional concerns. Overall, the setting and scenery were the highlights, but guests felt improvements were needed in room size, pricing, and some aspects of service.
