Summary of reviews

Guests say
Guests consistently praise the hotel's convenient location and generally enjoy the breakfast offerings. However, there are repeated complaints about the quality of service, with several guests reporting unhelpful or unfriendly staff and problems with reservations. Cleanliness is also a concern, with multiple mentions of dirty bathrooms, rooms, and pool areas. Some guests found the beds uncomfortable. While there are positive notes on the breakfast and location, service and cleanliness issues detract from the overall experience.
