Free bus to town

To far out of town, about 3 times overpriced, wifi didn't work, air con in room stopped working

I contacted Helmy Mourad at the hotel to help arrange transporation to Abu Simbel. He was extremely helpful and arranged our transporation.

Room just had basic furnishings with hard bed but all of our hotels had very firm mattresses. Restaurant was not that great.

Excellent service, wish we were informed about the shuttle to shopping when we booked. Also it got quite chilly in the bedroom at night. Staff and the managers were very polite and helped as much as they could in their power. Thanks a lot for the lovely stay.

The location was not good, far from city central and nothing around. The frequency of shuttle service was low and returning time to Hotel had to be informed individually. The rate seemed to be high considering the location and service.

Many f the rooms have excellent views, we were lucky to get one. The restaurant is decent.

The staff was ok, sometimes, other times awful. Their excursions were on the pricey side (but we liked the one we did: Abu Simbel) The place did not inform us they were cash only, and checkout took forever. The location is kind of far away from town.
