The location was perfect, about 10 minute walk to the acropolis. The rooftop restaurant is gorgeous and the food was amazing. The room was good.
The bed is slightly hard for my liking BUT this should not deter you. It was a wonderful stay.
This hotel is about 10 minutes walk from the Acropolis, so we really liked the location. The hotel itself was fine, no problems. The staff was friendly and helpful, including calling our car rental company. The buffet breakfast was good, fairly reasonably priced at 7 euros. Overall, we found this to be a good, reasonably priced place to stay near the Acropolis.
The rooms are small but otherwise fine.
Everything was really good, especially the staff. Really surprising how friendly and helpful they all were. I would recommend it for sure
Great location and staff!
We love how close the hotel was to the Acropolis and the Plaka. We could easily walk. The staff was also phenomenal. They were cheerful and willing to give advice, print boarding passes, coordinate taxis and lots more. They made our stay go really smoothly. The rooms are fine, but the bathrooms are in need of updating. They are clean, but you can tell they're aged.
The location of the hotel is great and it is very clean. The staff was very helpful.
The wifi was slow at times.
Oasis in the City!
The hotel was in a great location - just one metro stop from the Acropilis and only a couple from Syntagma Square. The room was small, but the bed was very comfortable! The breakfast each morning was good, the hotel was very clean and the staff was wonderful.
Vacation from vacation
Close to the Athen attractions and Metro system.
Shower backed the drain system and flooded the bathroom floor.
Location, condition of rooms and public space , wonderful staff!
The location was amazing and staff was super helpful.
I requested a nonsmoking room but was placed next to smokers. Walls are paper thin, bed are uncomfortable, I had to charge my phone in the hall by the front door as there were no outlets in the sleeping area and while the bathroom was clean...there was a strange brown goo at the door.
Very clean and super close to everything. Literally took 5 mom walk to acropolis! Front desk was very nice and the breakfast buffet was delicious!
Ο πρωινός μπουφές σε συνδιασμό με την τιμή
Great location - within walking distance of the Acropolis, good restaurants, shopping and the Metro. Very good breakfast buffet. Front desk staff was very helpful - gave us directions to a tailor and taught us how to pronounce Greek properly.
There could have been a better explanation as to how the air conditioning system worked; I had a hard time with it until I asked the staff to explain it to me. We asked to have our bags stored on our last day while we toured some more; when we returned, our bags were still where we had left them in the hotel lobby. I did not feel that this was secure storage as somebody could have walked off with them.
They had a good American breakfast each morning. The staff were helpful in helping friends that had been pickpocketed.
The halls were very warm, dim and an ugly colour.
The hotel is clean, the staff is courteous and the location is close to the Parthenon/Acropolis and public transportation.
I was not unhappy.
The front desk staff was very good and helpful.
Competitive rate for a hotel of decent quality, helpful staff, decent breakfast.
Located on an unattractive street, although the location relative to City sites and the metro is fine.
The staff, the location
Bathroom was a bit tight. Lack of decoration in room. Bed was a bit hard.
location: near the metro stop named Singuru-Fiks
The AC was aimed at the pillow/head area of the bed/ too chilly for me
The reception and communal areas are excellent. The breakfast was very good too, one of the best hotel breakfasts that I've had in a while.
The rooms let the hotel down. They were fine but i think if they modernized them a little the hotel would be loved to 4 stars.
