Outside my window was a busy street so it was a little loud from cars traveling.

Love the renovation! My room had a great view of what will be Suntrust Park. The bar area is cozy and kudos to the lady bartender who made my friend an awesome hot toddy to take to the room since he wasn't feeling well.
The parking elevator is less than desirable.

The location is excellent, we attended an event at the convention center and were able to walk there as well as to shopping and restaurants.
Very disappointed that our room was not made up in a timely manner. We left the room at 10 am and the maid was next door cleaning another room. We indicated we were leaving so our room could be made up. We returned at around 3:30 pm and the room has not been serviced. We had to request service and of course were inconvenined by having to leave the room.

the room was very nice. the beds were comfortable and the water pressure was perfect.
a I didn't like the fact that when I went to check in they tried to give me a room with only two beds and I said no that is not what I paid for and they said well booking with an online company you cannot always guarantee that's what you will get. so I will probably not use kyak anymore or sheraton.
