We got a room with a balcony. The view was amazing. The room and the lay out was spacious. The location was great. The beds were comfortable. The staffs were helpful. Unfortunately, we did see 2 cockroaches coming out at night. The room had some stains here and there. We still appreciate the view and how spacious it was.

Pros (+) Staff was friendly. They came and picked us up at the Catalina Express Terminal
Cons (-) Everything about the hotel was outdated - the rooms felt like you walked into the 80s. Roaches in the room. Air conditioner didn’t work and there were no other rooms available to move to. Kind of off the main road and uphill.
