Guests say
Guests consistently praise the hotel's excellent location, especially its proximity to key destinations like Siriraj Hospital and public transport, making it convenient for both medical visits and sightseeing. Many reviewers also highlight the hotel as offering good value for the price. However, there are frequent complaints about cleanliness, with several guests mentioning dirty rooms, old facilities, and pest issues. Service receives mixed feedback, with some staff described as friendly and helpful, while others are noted as unwelcoming. Overall, the hotel is seen as a practical choice for its location and price, but it would benefit from improved cleanliness and facility upgrades.
