9.0 Excellent
Pros: Ladies, Neda and Biljana, on reception are exceptional.
7.1 Good
Pros: It has a parking and is really ok for one night stay.
Cons: The place has no elevators so be careful with the luggage you are bringing.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: The hotel is quite small, but nice. The room was great! It had balcony and cable channels. The bed was very soft and comfy. The breakfast was rather tasty
Cons: The hotel doesn't have an elevator. Might be a problem for disabled people and families with children.
5.4 Okay
Pros: Nothing much except the receptionist was warm and welcoming
Cons: It was cramped, there was no food apart from pizza and sausages the former was inedible. The hotel seemed subsidiary to a large bar. I only stayed one night despite paying for 2
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Super clean, great bathroom and a good variety of breakfast options. Staff very helpful. I would choose this place over most other places in Banja Luka.
Cons: Everything was good.
8.3 Excellent
Pros: Very friendly staff.
Cons: Room seems a little bit small and not bottle water available in the room.
9.6 Excellent
Pros: Extremely friendly lady at reception. Secure car parking in underground car park at extra cost. Very comfortable spacious room, super mattress and fairly short distance from centre. Breakfast was ok. Certainly a hotel I would return to and can recommend.
Cons: Smell of smoke in building because of lively cafe downstairs but not in room.
9.6 Excellent
Pros: Hotel location is good - not too far away from the city center. The lady at the reception (Biljana) was very helpful with recommendations as to touristic sites and local restaurants within Banja Luka. The breakfast was good. The quality of the Wi-Fi was good. I was able to obtain a touristic map of the city at the hotel's reception desk. My room was very clean and had the required facilities, including at least two free electricity sockets.
Cons: Although upon my arrival to the hotel I did manage to find a free parking space outside, it should be noted that in this hotel - the free parking option should not be taken for granted, as during the day - the parking lot was over-crowded with parking cars (almost like a jungle). According to the hotel, there is an option to park one's car in the hotel's garage in return for a payment of 10 EUR a day (if I'm not mistaken).
10.0 Excellent
Pros: This hotel really make you feel welcome! The girls in the reception is the most friendly and helpful i have met in a hotel. Perfect location 5 min walk to train/bus station 15 min nice walk to the center. Comfortable/big room Very clean.Fast wi-fi.Great water pressure in shower.Perfect/comfortable bed
Hotel Bosna - Banja Luka - Building
8.3 Excellent (797 reviews)
C$ 93+

Featured amenities include a business center, dry cleaning/laundry services, and a 24-hour front desk. Free self parking is available onsite.
7.9 Good
Pros: A hotel with a history, but nice room and comfy bed. Even if in need of renovation the rooms are tidy and serves the purpose of a good night sleep. Free WiFi and rather ok coverage. The hotel is located very central in Banja Luka. Small underground garage with few parking places, free of charge. Need to make reservation in advance for garage parking. Little bit tricky to find and to maneuver a vehicle down to this underground garage that also serves the purpose to be a stockpile room for old furniture's. The garage is guarded 24/7 by a guard.
Cons: The breakfast buffet was rather ok, but the breakfast room need some upgrading. When checking in to the hotel, the reception staff forgot to tell that the key card you get is not a key card to the hotel room door. It is for the electricity in the room. There is a small door key (that looks more to a key for a drawer or to the minibar) that comes together with the so called key card. The hotel despite good comfort is in need for renovation.
7.1 Good
Pros: Breakfast is ok. Location perfect
7.0 Good
Pros: a very good position
Cons: very old lobby
8.8 Excellent
Pros: Hotel was right in the city center, across from the big Orthodox church. In the same building (around the corner) was a very nice restaurant called Gatsby where I could eat. (Restaurants are not so easy to find in Croatia and Bosnia, those countries having an excess supply of 'caffe bars' which do not serve food.) Free and (mostly) guarded parking was right in front of the hotel.
Cons: Not once did I pass by the reception area to find anyone actually there. One had to ring a small bell to get service, although someone came immediately. It created somewhat of an 'abandoned' atmosphere. Also, late in the evening there was something causing a squeak in my bathroom that was loud enough to cause problems sleeping. A maintenance person was promised 'in 10 minutes' but after a half hour had not show up. The person at the reception said that he was alone and could not come (but he was also alone when I made the first call). I ended up changing rooms myself at 23:00 after having gotten into my bed clothes. Breakfast was nothing to praise, and the coffee was really bad. Gatsby had good espresso for the equivalent of USD 1.
6.3 Good
Pros: Extra bar/caffe Getsby within the object, polite staff
Cons: Breakfast is poor and not really tasty, bathroom could be more clean
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Breakfast was great, outdoor balcony seating. Location was in the center of town. Close to shopping and restaurants. Free overnight parking. Staff was helpful in recommending restaurants.
6.3 Good
Pros: Breakfast. Parking
Cons: No warm water. Bath no clear enought.
9.6 Excellent
Pros: Clean. Great location.
8.8 Excellent
Pros: The staff was so friendly and hard working. And obviously the location, right in the heart of the center! Quite spacious rooms as well. It's really a decent hotel, but don't expect nothing luxurious & fancy - very comfortable and cozy.
Cons: Nothing - it was just as expected and described.

9.2 Excellent
Cons: Wonderful location. Good Bosnian breakfast.
8.3 Excellent
Pros: The location is as good as it can possibly get! Right on the pulse of the city, restaurants, cafés and shopping mall are all within a short walks distance. The staff is also very friendly and speak english!
Cons: Our room had a toilet that did not want to flush very efficiently at all which can be a nuicance if you are multiple people using it. The matresses were also pretty uncomfortable to sleep on and made alot of noice when moving on them.
8.3 Excellent
Pros: You can't get a better location in Banja Luka since it's located in the dead center of the city. Room was kept clean and tidy, and they helped me with the baggage.
Cons: Well they are in the process of renovation so you may experience some noise during morning/day.
6.7 Good

7.1 Good
Pros: Breakfast was good.
Cons: Wifi signal in the room to weak, so, no internet.
5.0 Okay
Pros: The apartment is spacious
Cons: We booked a 3-bedrooms, 2-bathrooms apartment. It was at the 3rd floor with no elevator, we had to carry our heavy luggage and walked to the 3rd floor. The apartment is spacious but very old, floor looked dirty at the bathrooms. It only has few (almost none) equipment at the kitchen, we could not cook for dinner. However, the fringe has a lot of paid drink. No rubbish bins in kitchen, living room nor bedrooms. No hot water for shower after we returned from dinner at around 10:30pm, checked with staff and was told that it was under emergency maintenance and would be resume normal within an hour. Men took shower without hot water so the ladies could take shower immediately once hot water was available. Few choices for breakfast.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Pleasant staff
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Everything
3.3 Mediocre
Pros: Location close to center of Banja Luka, good parking facilities, OK breakfast,
Cons: Unfortunately Hotel Atina was very worn-out compared to when we used it 12 years ago. At arrival the reception clerk clamed we had booked 3 nights, however we had booking confirmation from showing 2 nights and she withdraw her claim but with no apology. Next time we passed the reception she claimed that we had double booked via both as well as by email. As we knew we hadn't sent any email, we asked to see it, and it was an email from a very different name and country. Again she gave us no apology only saying "oh it's not you". We were initially given room 206 and discovered and were told that the safe didn't work. In addition the lights over the dressing mirror didn't work, the room and particularly the bathroom and shower was very filthy and with black fungous. The hose to the hair dryer was taped, there was only one glass in a double room, there was only one reading lamp on the bedside, and the carpet was very filthy with a colony of ants. The terrace also very filthy with only one chair and no table. After complaining we were given room 209 which were also very filthy and the toilet cover was broken, the outflow in the sink was partly blocked, smelling, and dirt came up. The Jacuzzi bath didn't work and was leaking underneath and was very filthy. The emergency alarm in the bath was out of order. In general the carpets in steps and around the hotel was also very filthy with holes, and we were told that the restaurant was open only for breakfast. There were no lift for elderly people. etc. etc. Please see enclosed pictures. At check out we were compensated with breakfast without charge followed by the clerk commenting that her boss said "we were bad people".
8.8 Excellent
Pros: excellent location, in the city center.
6.7 Good
Cons: It‘s never a 4* hotel. The furniture is old and dirty .... and it‘s too expensive for that what they offer
8.8 Excellent
Pros: Apartment Suite spacious. Easy secure parking. Staff person Nicholina!
Cons: No elevator up three floors. No kitchen towels.
5.0 Okay
Pros: Staff were friendly
Cons: Room was very dated and the bedcovers had stains on them. We had a spa bath in our suite but it didn't work and when you filled the bath with water it leaked all over the floor. Breakfast was very basic. Definitely not a four star by UK standards. In my opinion it is overpriced. Would not choose to stay here again
9.6 Excellent
Pros: The appartment was huge and very good located
