Guests consistently praised the hotel for its exceptionally friendly and helpful staff, unique and artistic decor, and overall cleanliness. Many appreciated the quiet atmosphere, thoughtful touches in the rooms, and the convenient location with easy access to public transport, despite being a little outside the city center. Some guests mentioned issues with the bathroom facilities, such as the lack of a shower or en-suite, but these did not overshadow the positive experiences. Overall, the welcoming atmosphere and attention to detail made for a memorable stay.
