Pros (+) Nothinf
Cons (-) Everyone was rude, manipulative, condescending and money grubbing ("you pay now!!!" -- in an angry scream). Nothing that was advertised was correct; there was no wifi, no canoes or tennis courts or spa... just delapitated dirty buildings.

Pros (+) Really pretty location and ground. Rooms were a good size and nice tub. Friendly staff. Right next to water temple and close to other attractions like botanical gardens.
Cons (-) Kitchen wasn't open when I was there, but they ordered me fried rice and delivered it to my room so not a big deal. They need more blankets. It sounds weird but I was freezing at night. Also, a dead cockroach in the room, but better dead than alive I always say...
