Incredible there are no words
The room Layout and the staff
Amazingly decadently luxuriously wonderful. Designed to be the right amount of eclectic exuberance without being kitch. An absolutely perfect night away.
That we could only stay the one night
The decor in the bar, reception and beyond was lush unique and exceeded expectations staff were friendly and welcoming
Didn’t like the fact that the room was smaller than images suggested, everything creaked in room there was no bathroom door just a curtain! Our room was decorated in pure black which looked great however there was absolutely no lighting it can be described as minimal and led literally had to squint to see and put tv on to see around the room! Also thought after charging so much money that a cooked breakfast would be included at no point were we told this would only be a cold continental breakfast! This is when we felt a little ripped off
Breakfast was good. The ambience of the whole hotel was great.
We had a funny smell in the bathroom which got worse over the 2 days but the manager sorted this out for us.
