Cons: Room was like a sauna, took hours of moaning and complaining for them to offer to move us. Asked us to pay more to upgrade room when it was there facilities that wernt up to standard. Ruined our afternoon/evening
7.5 Good
Pros: The staff, especially Anna from reception and Angel from the restaurant, were very nice. There was also a very lovely blonde Italian lady that helped us with our dessert order, but we didn’t get her name unfortunately. Dinner on our first night was very nice, Would’ve preferred more variety sides wise and service to be a little bit quicker, Part from that everything was enjoyable.
Cons: Even though we were told we were complimentary upgraded, we found the room to be rather small for the money we paid. Bathroom was quite small as well and rather dirty - the mirror had marks on it and it was very dusty, the hand shower was damaged and was leaking. Also, there was no minibar and the room lacked amenities.
5.0 Okay
Pros: The decor of the hotel was really nice.
Cons: The rooms are really dark, not much natural light in there. We booked the junior suite thinking it would be quite spacious, but i have been to other hotels and their standard double room has been bigger. There is no kettle or fridge in the room, and the wardrobe was very small, too small to put our clothes in. Didn’t like there was no door to the toilet or shower.
1.0 Poor
Pros: Nothing
Cons: Everything, they took my money and did not give it me back, which when you are 80 + is dreadful, it is money that I will never be able to replace and I live off state pension I have had to apply to the government for help
9.0 Excellent
Pros: Everything exceptional
Cons: On arrival there wasn’t a glass of champagne as promised. Small problem but thought would raise! Other than that! All marvellous!!

10.0 Excellent
Cons: The hotel was crazy huge but not in a good way. Like, I felt like I was in a Hotel California or something. Maybe a few maps in the many hallways, corridors amd wings of the hotel would have been helpful
10.0 Excellent
Pros: We always enjoying staying at this hotel but the refurbished rooms are amazing, the beds are lovely. Hassan took care of everything, a credit to the hotel.
Cons: Nothing.
7.0 Good
Pros: It was easy to check in, find the room, and everything that we needed was availalbe in the room. Restaurant food and staff were excellent.
Cons: trying to figure out how the shuttle to the airport worked wasn't easy, we called down to the front desk atleast 5 times trying to sort it all out. But in the end it worked okay. They said that the shuttle driver would have change(cost 5 pounds) he didnt
8.2 Excellent
Pros: The room was clean, comfortable but was not supplied hand towels for sink or cloth for body. The towel supply was disappointing. The blankets and bed were very comfortable
Cons: Lodging price was very reasonable but the bar prices seemed high and the 12% added gratitude charge was annoying since the rest of the country 10% was acceptable Was surprised that the Hoppa took so long snd that a taxi was £18 to the airport
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Great staff, clean and modern facility, perfect for what it is. If you have a trip in or out of LHR this is a great place to spend the night. I'm happy with the Leonardo brand and have found them to be consistently good in the multiple properties I've stayed at.

Pros: We liked how close we were to the airport and transport.
9.0 Excellent
Pros: It was very easy to find from the bust stop (right outside) and so accessible to the airport. My mother and I got room service because we were exhausted and the food was terribly delicious.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Close to the airport With bus transportation
7.9 Good
Pros: Good location close to the airport. Easily reached by free bus to avoid the Hotel Hoppa charge. Go to Stand 19 at the Central Bus station and catch either the 105, 140, 111 or 285 bus. Get off 2 stops later at Sipson Way / Blunts Ave (Stop BC) and the hotel is clearly marked. It's a 200 yard level walk to reception.
Cons: Didn't like the 12% service charge at the bar. It took a pint of very ordinary Stella past the £5.50 mark. Then they have the nerve to ask for a gratuity at the bottom of the bill

Pros: Close to terminal, beautiful room, quiet and comfortable
8.0 Excellent
Pros: Liked the convenience of location.
Cons: No heat and bathroom needs to be updated.

5.0 Okay
Pros: Location, convenient for overnight stay between the flights
Cons: Reception agent took too long to check in, TV remote control didn’t operate, had to turn off TV, internet didn’t work in the morning, there was no connection. This is unacceptable for the price that I paid.
3.0 Mediocre
Pros: Location adjacent to Heathrow Terminal 5 is excellent.
Cons: Room we were allocated was at the end of a corridor where there was no lighting. We could not see the room number as it was too dark. On check in we were informed that breakfast was all room service due to the health restrictions and could be served at any time. At check in I filled in a form requesting breakfast at 05:00 to 05:15 and this was accepted. Next morning: no breakfast. Room service informed me that breakfast was not available before 06:00 as the chef started work at 05:30!

10.0 Excellent
Pros: Early check-in, friendly staff
8.0 Excellent
Pros: The style and decor of the hotel is lovely. The staff is friendly and helpful and the restaurant has wonderful menu, delicious food. If I stay in London again, I likely to stay at the Blu Edwardian.
Cons: Our stay was just for the night, and there was a great deal of jet lag involved. The hotel has less available restaurants at latter hours unlike other airport hotels in other major cities.
6.0 Good
Cons: Noise in lobby from event in hotel was too loud. Made hearing staff at check in difficult.
5.0 Okay
Cons: Having used the Edwardian many times over the years, although admittedly some years ago, I was very disappointed to see the downward trend that was evident in the hotel since then. The whole place presented as a shabby shadow of its former self. Corridor carpets especially did not look to have been cleaned for years and, despite being on a non smoking floor, there was a very strong smell of tobacco smoke evident in the room.

Pros: We stayed while waiting for a flight home from Heathrow while Coronavirus was causing havoc. We always like Mercure hotels and this one was no exception. Pros: Beds are great as well as room temperature. This means you sleep better. Great coffee machine in room.
Cons: Staff seemed unfriendlier this time but I am supposing that it is because of the Corona-virus. Rooms are small. All facilities closed because of virus. 4.0 Okay
Pros: It's not a walking distance from the airport, you have to take a shuttle that doesn't run after midnight. You can't go to central London from the hotel, you have to go back to the Airport to take the underground subway and you must verify the hours of the last shuttle & subway
3.4 Mediocre
Pros: Nothing. It's a run down dump.
Cons: This is a rundown dump, with as many rooms squeezed in as possible. I never booked this for myself and the people in our foreign office who did, would not have had they seen it, or been in it. Never again and I have stayed in some awful places during 30 years of international travel. This place has been put on our blacklist, never to be used!

Pros: The staff was so inviting and the room was very very comfortable, spacious and cosy
Cons: Shared bathroom was down the corridor and the doorways are short

10.0 Excellent
Pros: I had a very long overnight flight and exhausted due to this I missed breakfast. I asked at the restaurant and the really kind gentleman was unable to get me a cooked breakfast but went out of his way to find me some cereal bars. It doesn't sound like much but I had just lost my job overseas due to covid 19 epidemic and was definitely jet lagged. His act of kindness really made my day. It is the small things that make the biggest difference. I didn't get his name but he look9 of Indian decent mid 20's to 30's. Very bubbly and insisted that he got something for me to eat. A great addition the the restaurant team.

7.1 Good
Pros: All normal
Cons: If they checked out the cleaning of the room especially the toilet before my check-in
4.2 Okay
Pros: Cool room decor
Cons: Huge noisy party going on all over lobby when I arrived. Couldn’t find check-in desk. Couldn’t hear what clerk was saying because noise was so loud. Couldn’t get WiFi in room but couldn’t call desk because no phone in room. Tried to go back to lobby for information, but noisy partiers marauding in hallways made me turn back and try to get a little sleep.
8.5 Excellent
Pros: Good location and excellent value for the money. Staff appears to be better trained than on previous visits.
Cons: Since this is Marriott's deluxe youth hostel brand, younger travellers will probably favor it more than older ones. USB ports in the rooms are too pokey.

8.0 Excellent
Pros: Everything
Cons: Nothing
6.0 Good
Pros: Check in quick. Good location to and from Heathrow. The taxi company they recommended was brilliant. We had lunch in our room which was pretty good. I'm sure when the world is back to normal this hotel will seem ok. You get what you pay for.
Cons: I didnt like the fact that homeless people were wandering around the hotel, walking drunkenly with bottles of wine in their hands I fully understand why they were there but it wasnt right the way they conducted themselves. In the breakfast buffet, taking food without a plate directly with a fork and standing eating getting food all over the floor. Everyone was told to take their food to their rooms. No one wearing masks anywhere in the hotel.
7.0 Good
Pros: I liked the room and the staff was in general very helpful and kind. The bus stop was right outside the hotel.
Cons: The breakfast was really not that great. Compared to other ibises it was scarce. I would have enjoyed a table in my room or at least a tray to put my food on. Also, I couldn’t open the window so I had to use the air conditioner.
8.5 Excellent
Pros: Staff were very helpful and friendly. Room was clean and nicely furnished.
8.0 Excellent
Pros: Good breakfast and nice gas station shop next to the hotel. Close proximity to the airport.
7.0 Good
Pros: location, ease of check in and out procedure. Room had everything I needed. No complicated internet login procedure.
Cons: The breakfast had to be collected from the dining area and eaten in the room. I believe this was to comply with social distancing rules. There were no trays to collect the food so you had to cram everything into one small dish and take your drink then make a rather unsafe journey back to your room using the elevator. The lack of trays was shocking - even normally trays would be available.
8.0 Excellent
Pros: Cleanliness . The room was expectionally clean, so clean you can smell the freshness. I came in with a serious headache, the smell soothes my headache.
Cons: Think of providing body lotion in the bathroo, Shower caps as well for ladies. We don't like our hair messed up.
7.0 Good
Pros: Under the circumstances the hotel were coping very well. All guidelines were in place .......
Cons: That half the guests were not adhering to the guidance but that is no fault of the hotel ..........
8.0 Excellent
Pros: Cleanliness
Cons: None

Cons: I needed an airport shuttle, I assumed it was provided by the hotel? It was not as we boarded shuttle we were told it must be pre paid by apple pay or cash. we did not have currency yet after flying 22 hours. not the best first impression of London to st

3.0 Mediocre
