The best thing about the hotel, was good location, great staff who were very helpful, quiet room and good value
Pros (+) Staff were very helpful and friendly. Room was clean and nicely furnished.
Pros (+) Breakfast was nice; decor was nice.
Cons (-) They could have had soap in the bathroom. The only soap was mounted on the wall in the shower.

Pros (+) The staff were very welcoming on our arrival. Managed to give us 2 rooms at the end of a corridor which worked very well for our party with 2 young children. Excellent location for Heathrow.

Pros (+) Great location with free transportation on city busses. Rooms are small but clean and efficient, more than adequate for an overnight stay. Beds very comfortable. Restaurant has a simple menu but good beverages. No comments on breakfast as we had to catch an early flight.

Cons (-) Toilet didn't flush properly, weird decor, no signage on where to wait for Hotel Hoppa Bus to terminal, was not given instructions to tell Hotel Hoppa Bus to drop us off at IBIS Styles and NOT IBIS Hotel. We walked 20 minutes from IBIS (red sign) to IBIS Styles (green sign, stop comes first).
Pros (+) The hotel met all our needs for a airport layover one night stop to rest before catching another flight. Certainly not a destination spot. All was fine and price reasonable.
