Summary of reviews

Guests say
Guests consistently praised the hotel's beautiful, tranquil location in the woods and appreciated the quality of the breakfast. However, many reviews highlighted significant cleanliness issues, with complaints about old, stained carpets, musty smells, and bathrooms in need of renovation. While some guests found the service friendly and helpful, others experienced problems with staff or administrative issues. Room size and amenities were generally seen as adequate, but the overall impression was marred by the need for refurbishment and better housekeeping.
