Its on very good location, Subway is just 200 mtr. So easy to travel around. Also Resturant & 24 shops r next to hostel. Rooms r nice & super clean. Appreciate But the staff is really Rude. I don't know uts because they don't talk English or what. But its horrible, if you ask for any help they will say No.
The worst part is Staff they r horrible. There was guy he booked a Urgent flight to Vietnam as virus problems he asked for a printout to show on airport they denied even the guy was ready to pay. On commen area there is water pot which not really work if you ask the staaf to help they will say no. Also if you ask them any information they will say no.
I loved the location of the hostel, 5 minute walk to the subway station (with 2 major lines going through), the hutongs around are so cool around them with different bars and restaurants. They had a great wall tour that picked us up and it was nice. Room was decent even though small but not bad
The staff could have been nicer especially when I asked for recommendations for places and just being more friendly but it was okay. The stairs to the rooms was a lot but manageable.
The chargers in the room and the cleanness of the beds
A rule on noise in shared hostel rooms or a curtain to go around bed for more privacy
Easy to find, the first staff replied to my message was helpful. The room is clean.
The second staff that responded to my message was not friendly at all and not helpful when i asked for direction. Luckily my sister managed to find the hostel. Guests are not allowed to the rooftop during our stay.. so sad. P/s: to the staff, i know english is not your first language (just like me, my english is terrible!), but it would be nice if you learn how to speak the international language, at least the basic to communicate better. But if you don’t have that initiative, at least don’t be rude when you can’t understand whatever people are saying. Thanks. ❤️
Easy to socialize with backpackers especially communicating in english and making plans.
The reception front desk management has no idea what is customer service or any knowledge about hostel operations. They were not helpful besides my credit card was being charged double and they admitted that they had made a mistake and will refund it. That should explains what sort knowledge they have.
