Pros: Cosy HOtel with nice athmospehre. Helpful staff. Pianist in the restaurant is great .

Cons: Weak Wi-Fi signal in the higher floors. Groundfloor no problem with wi-fi

Cons: My room was supposed to have a bath. Well..it didn’t!

Cons: A friend came to visit during breakfast but was just sitting with me without eating or drinking anything. When I checked out the hotel bill showed an extra breakfast charge of 2100.00 RSD!! When I told the receptionist that my friend didn't eat or drink anything, she answered that they still charge full breakfast 2'100.00RSD !) because he was there. Someone should have told us right at the beginning when my friend entered, at least he would have eaten then for that money.

Cons: Non intuitive elevator handling (card etc), confusing access to pool, no towels on the pool, smoking in the lobby (v annoying) - small things, but affecting the overall perception

Pros: I always come back to this hotel because of clean and comfortable room, excellent location and service. My sister and I celebrate New Year in one of halls and everything went great with proffesional organisation. I reccommend this hotel to anyone who want to enjoy in pleasant stay and shopping near it!

Cons: Pretty expensive lobby restaurant. And they close it sharply at midnight.

Pros: Wonderful modern hotel in the hart of the city with greta facilities and friendly staff. Excellent service, overall very pleasant stay. Great location close to everything.

Pros: I love staying at Mama Shelter. -It's a stylish hotel, I like every detail in the room. Chairs, coffee table, the bank... literally everything! -I fell in love with the Kalemegdan view from the room. -The bed is probably the most comfortable one I've ever slept on. -Television has so many film options and they are all free. -The location is unbeatable, inside of a shopping mall on Knez Mihailova Street. (Some of the reviews say it's complicated to find the hotel. Not, at all! You just need to get into the elevator and press 4th floor. There is also a separate elevator only for the hotel guests -ask it at the reception when you're doing the check-in.) -I also like the restaurant, it has a nice, relax atmosphere with an amazing terrace.

Cons: - Morning receptionists are not friendly at all. No smile, nothing. I felt weird and uncomfortable during check-in, check out. This is the biggest minus for the hotel. - There are no slippers in the room instead they sell it at the reception. I find this policy very impolite. I know Mama Shelter is going to reply my complain as "This is Mama Shelter's Global Policy" I would recommend to change that policy then -at least for Belgrade. Mama Shelter's prices are beyond Belgrade's standards. You can easily find less than a half price (comfortable) nearby hotel and they all provide free sleepers. -No complimentary water. Instead there is a vending machine. Even hostels in Belgrade provide complimentary water in the room. I think this is also impolite but not as much as not providing but selling slippers! -This is not a complain but a suggestion: The bathroom is very basic. The first time I saw it, I was disappointed. The room is so stylish, so you would expect the same thing from the bathroom. -I have a serious question to the restaurant. I ate and had some drinks several times at the restaurant. (I really like the restaurant's atmosphere by the way!) Whatever I ordered to drink, my drink was 3 fingers less. Skopsko beer: 3 fingers less. Grapefruit juice: 3 fingers less. Mama Mix: 4 fingers less! Why ? Some saving ? The glasses are not big at all, and the prices are -again- beyond the Belgrade's average. The bar staff should be more fair. -Oh, I was almost going to forget! The check-out time is 12 pm. Fair enough. I was a bit late for check-out. My room was rang at 12.05 pm. It was the reception. I told them "I am packing, will leave the room in 5 minutes" The answer was "if you don't leave soon, you need to pay an extra price." This was rude, beyond rudeness ! There should be a more proper, polite way.

Pros: nice decoration, nice room, great atmosphere, great location, nice staff... very cool

Cons: I could hear the bass from the bar in my room at night so had to sleep with earplugs. Also, some very pretty chairs in the room but not comfortable to sit in: pity that design trumped comfort on this one. Otherwise, really great place

Cons: Being from the USA I am not used to so much smoking and the common areas were pretty much mostly smoking. I understand that smoking is the culture of Belgrade but non-smokers definitely feel like an underprivileged minority. It would be nice to not feel that way at such a nice hotel.

Pros: The staff were very helpful and friendly with very good English. Room was large enough to work in. The Spa and pool were exceptional.

Cons: Electric sockets were all loose in the room.

Pros: The rooms are big and cosy. Loby is very beautifull, View from the 22 restaurant is one of the best. The breakfast is good but I would expect more for 5*.

Cons: The 22 restaurant is not open all the time, especially at the night when you can view around the Beograd. During our stay for New Year Eve, the restaurant was closed at 19 PM. I would expect that is restaurant open all days in the year in 5* hotel. New Year's Eve 2020 dinner party was totally overrated. The food offered at the 2020 new year eve party was on the level of breakfast in the the hotel, as wall as the organization (nothing from the organization, there was no countdown to the new year, etc...). The drink at the party was very expensive...for example bottle of everage red local vine was 50€.

Pros: The hotel was elegant without being stuffy. Lots of light and open spaces in the public area. It has a nice park behind it giving easy access to walking/running path. The room I got upgraded to due to my status was spacious, comfortable, and modern. The location was not in the middle of the heart of the city but pretty much walkable if needed. The hotel WAS very close to the Tesla museum and some cool restaurants and bars. The views towards the park made it pretty quiet. Windows were openable which was nice in the evening. The breakfast buffet was excellent; staff at the restaurant could have been a little more "on" (i.e., paying better attention to whether we needed more coffee, etc. since it was not self-serve coffee). The price point was great for the stay. I booked transport to/from the airport and it was very well done (on-time, clean vehicle, safe driving, etc.).

Cons: While the bar area had a smoking and non-smoking section, the division between the two really made the smoke smellable in the non-smoking section. I only stayed at the bar because of the conversation with the bartender made the visit to the bar enjoyable (he told me about local specialties, etc.).

Pros: I liked the hotel location, and staff manners and attitude towards the guests

Cons: Sometimes i felt bit lost while searching hotel's facilities, there were no clear signs to direct guests to the intended available facilities.

Pros: Thoroughly enjoyed the spa during a 3-hour treatment. Staff was also very friendly and helpful

Cons: No major complaints. Would have enjoyed softer towels and better lighting in the hallway, a lot of lights were out and gave a creepy feeling to my floor.

Pros: The location is the biggest advantage of the hotel.

Cons: The staff was friendly but when we wanted to order a taxi to the airport the hotel staff suggested we used the hotel company and quoted €20, a little bit more than regular taxi. When we were in the hotel company car, only because of one stop on the way to the airport the driver charged us €30 instead of €20. Beware of that, they’ll rob you blind.

Pros: The room was modern, clean, and the staff are incredibly helpful. I found the service to be extraordinary.

Cons: The beds really need to be changed. My bed was so thin and the springs were clearly felt through the mattress. The front desk had to take me to 5 different rooms before I found a suitable room, however after this they really did try very hard to make my stay comfortable. They added a layer to the mattress which did not fit, and was rather uncomfortable to sleep in. Nonetheless, they put a lot of effort in to make me more comfortable. I asked for a massage, they said they would get back to me about a booking, but didn't.
