Pros: "Booked a flight to Europe. Online check in easy. Luggage dropoff at JFK had no line for online check in. Flight was on time, my luggage arrived in my final destination fine (had 1 transfer). Crew was efficient and attentive."
Cons: "Spaces for seats in the economy class are shrinking. With Swiss Air, seems more so as the seats recline quite a bit which is of course good for an 8-9 hours flight. However if the passenger in front of you reclines their seats, you absolutely are forced to recline yours immediately, otherwise no one will fit. Flight attendants have to ask passengers to put the seats back from reclining during meal service so people can open the food tray and are able to access it, that is how much the seats tilt."

I don’t think words can express how satisfied I am with this airlines and airport. The nicest people and great service. Clean and modern aircraft. Going to try flying only with KLM from now on."

Another excellent flight and overall experience with Lufthansa. Short flight in a serene atmosphere. Slept throughout the flight. Thank you to the very nice crew.
The flight was canceled in the middle of the night with no explanation, and Lufthansa did not reschedule us on the same flight for the next day. We requested a non-stop flight like the one we had, but Lufthansa placed us on two flights (Germany to Paris and then Paris to Texas).

Cons: "The plane was supposed to leave Lisbon at 5:00 a.m. but because of computer problem it left at 5:50, a delay that caused everyone to scramble to get to their connecting flight or even miss it."

Pros: "Our flight was delayed by over 45 minutes because of some technical issues with the plane but the crew serving us was ever smiling and very courteous. They were making jokes and never once did i see them frown at any demand made by any passenger. The food was very good despite being plane food too!"

My flight from toronto to tampa is delayed for more than 3 hours.
Flight attendants were great. Wish there were more current movies and shows available. Only 1 Ted Lasso, was hooked, but only able to watch one episode.
The flight was operated by United Airlines, probably my best flight in the last 5 years.Crew was excellent,and food ,drink service was outstanding.
Air Canada lost our luggage, we are still waiting to hear when it gets delivered. Unfortunately Cleveland is not our final destination, it is very inconvenient not to have your clothes.
I appreciated the choice of free drinks, quite a few items to choose from. people were too noisy since there was no entartainement onboard, no tv screen
They had larger overhead bins and packed them better. My checked luggage arrived with me. Negative, the rear toilet was put off limits and stank up to row 30, even through my mask.
Not sure why our chosen seats got changed without notice and my husband and I were assigned seats ten rows and the whole width of the plane apart. But we were able to get this changed thanks to two helpful gate agents in Toronto and Montreal.
It was a comfortable flight with very good staff on board. The in-seat entertainment system on the Airbus aircraft was easy to use and had an excellent selection of things to watch or do. The things that could be improved aren’t under Air Canada’s control — the gate assignment at Pearson changed twice for the flight necessitating a long walk from the originally assigned gates to the gate that the flight actually used. Not Air Canada’s fault… Pearson management needs to get its act together…
Air Canada did not provide a reservation number for the code share flights with GOL that made it impossible for me to find my three flights with them, reserve flights, make changes, etc. Air Canada was unresponsive to multiple contacts from the concierge at the best hotel in Rio who said the Air Canada line in Brazil was never answered; multiple calls from me over a five-day period to the Brazil and US / Canada numbers were never answered. Also unanswered were Tweet and IM, which were recommended by the Air Canada app and online as a way to reach customer service. I was unable to reserve a seat and confirm a special meal - not life or death but expected and customary interactions with an airline. Air Canada offers an easy way to designate food preference but doesn't include vegan in the choices. Somehow, on the Sao Paolo-Toronto flight, I had food with tofu and soy protein; the flight down was pasta with cheese - not optimal. I give GOL credit (code share partner) for the tofu and soy.
