Pros (+) The woman who worked the morning shift was able to give us our refund quickly and she was friendly.
Cons (-) The smell of cigarettes was overwhelming. You cannot escape the smell at all. Our room which was non-smoking smelled like smoke. The hotel just feels unsafe and it was not a place that we were at for long. It was loud and we could hear people screaming expletives throughout the building.

Cons (-) No hair dryer to use. No tissue. Was lucky to have towels and cups. Internet didn't work. It was having issues I guess. When front desk was called to report the problem, I was given an 800 number to call. I thought that was weird. Not a great stay.
